CLS Merges CLI (formerly USF Processors) Into Existing CLS Healthcare & Consumer Products Divisions
Effective January 1, 2006, Carolina Logistics Services (CLS) has merged the CLI division into existing CLS consumer and healthcare divisions. This change was made in an effort to simplify the business. All Healthcare Clients will be part of the CLS, MedTurn Healthcare Services Division. All Consumer Products Clients will be part of the CLS Consumer Products Division. A notification about the new Tax ID number and new lockbox address will be included with invoices sent in 2006. These are the only changes that you should experience. Your account team, systems, and services are remaining the same to ensure that we can continue to provide uninterrupted service to you.

Reminder: In addition to the CLS MedTurn Ft. Worth facility, MedTurn also has a facility in Indianapolis.

Due to the merger of CLI Pharmacy into the CLS MedTurn Division, there is new account information including federal tax ID and Lockbox address for invoice payments. Going forward, please send payment for all MedTurn invoices to:

Your Satisfaction is Important to Us! So Tell Us What You Think!
Beginning in February, CLS MedTurn will be conducting our annual Client Satisfaction Survey. This year an independent research firm will be used to conduct interviews and administer an online survey. So if your phone rings and there is a friendly voice asking your opinion about CLSMedTurn, please take the opportunity to provide feedback on the service you receive today as well as share your ideas for how we can enhance our service for the future.

While our interviewer will call you to complete the survey over the phone, we realize that you need options given your busy schedule. For your convenience, you can choose to complete our online survey instead. Just please tell the interviewer your preference when they call.

CLS MedTurn Attending HDMA Business Partners Exchange (formerly the Marketing Conference)
CLS MedTurn will be attending the upcoming HDMA Business Partners Exchange (formerly the Marketing Conference). The meeting will be held on March 5-7, 2006 in Grapevine, TX at the Gaylord Texan. CLS Listed in Food Logistics Top 100 Technology Suppliers
CLS was included in Food Logistics' annual listing of the Top 100 Technology suppliers to the food industry for 2005. According to Food Logistics, the FL 100 is a resource of software, hardware and IT service providers that focus on the unique needs of companies in the food supply chain, including manufacturers, retailers, grocery wholesalers and convenience store and foodservice distributors.
