CLS MedTurn
Thank You for Being Our Client

As we wrap up a very busy year, we want to take the time to tell you how much we appreciate you, our clients. We appreciate your honesty, your partnership and your commitment to help us become a better service organization. Together we know that we can make positive changes for the industry that benefit you and your trading partners.

2006 has been a year of change and transition. Two acquisitions in 2005 and a merger in 2006 certainly provided excitement in the form of both challenges and opportunities for 2006. We have spent this past year assessing how we can leverage the strengths of the acquired companies to provide greater value for our clients. Progress has been made in many ways- from communication to new processes and procedures. And while we would all like for progress to be faster, our first priority has been to ensure that we deliver on our current service commitments – every day and every client.

The progress that we have made is only the beginning as we listen more, learn more, and understand more. We have ONE interest and that is to serve our clients, both retailers and manufacturers, domestic and international- for a solution that meets the customer need. Our goal is to provide resolution, through creative solutions. The only way to accomplish this is to work together and seek to understand each others’ needs, goals and philosophies.

One of our roles is to administer the policies of our clients through providing flexible systems, operational excellence, and information intelligence. An intricate role that we play is to facilitate discussions between trading partners, to provide advice on the pros and cons of any decision, provide the highest quality of information and to ultimately help clients make the best decisions for their supply chain.

We look forward to what 2007 will bring. We have many exciting projects underway that are due to be implemented. We are committed to make a difference for our clients and the industry. Thank you for your continued support and thank you for choosing CLS MedTurn as your service provider.

May you and your family have a wonderful holiday!
