Return Logistic Centers
CSCS understands the disruption that occurs when returns come back to your distribution centers. Our Reverse Logistics Centers (RLCs) allow you to outsource the handling of all types of returned merchandise to our high-volume centralized returns centers located in Reno, Nevada; San Antonio, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Atlanta, GA; Winston-Salem, NC;. In addition, CSCS’ parent company, CLS, has over 40 additional reverse logistics centers located throughout the United States.

Safety, Quality, Environmental Assessment (SQE) Representatives are on-site at each CRC. Random audits are conducted throughout the day by SQE Assessment Representatives to ensure the processing accuracy, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance of each center.

Global Field Force
In addition to our fixed facilities, CSCS offers an international field force with 55 full-time project leaders specializing in packaging and supply chain analysis to perform on site product reviews or to collect goods in the event of a recall. We have also formed strategic alliances to gain access to a professional field force of over 5,000 individuals in 52 countries to perform physical products reviews at virtually any location around the world.
